Hope I'm posting this in the right place...Sent in our I-751 3/21/12. Check was cashed 4/3/12. No NOA received yet. We are currently out of the country and were only planning to return for the biometrics appointment (which we assumed would be the second half of April judging from others timelines). Meanwhile, GC will expire beginning of June. Staying out of the country without the NOA means problems getting back into the country after June, right? Not sure what to do. I'm not sure what we could accomplish even if we flew back to the US for a week. Can we do anything at a local embassy? Is there any point trying to call someone?

Calling USCIS might help if you can speak to an officer and find out what happened to your letter ie if it was returned as undeliverable / confirm your mailing address etc.

When the GC expires they will not allow entry to the country without the original of the NOA1.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

It is not very long yet for NOA of ROC. I wouldn't worry about it yet. Wait for Bio App. Letter & attend Bio. If NOA still doesn't arrive in the meantime.

While you guys are in US, you can make INFOPASS app. & go to local USCIS office, you can get your passport stamped with I-551 which is equivalent to the Extension Letter (NOA).

When you go to local office take the Bio App. Letter with you, they need to see that to give you 1-year extension stamp.

Good Luck!... Please keep us posted.

Hello there. I am in the same boat. Its been 2 weeks since my check was cashed. Did you ever resolve the issue?

This popped up on the top of the threads and thought I'd reply, incase you are waiting. Maybe try asking in the recent filing threads (if you filed in January, you can track yours against other members in that thread that also filed around the same time as you). Not sure if you'll get your response here on a thread created in 2012 :)
