I just got the NOA2 yesterday and I'm reading all of the forums and lists of things we will need. Will my fiancee get the information about this "pasado judicial" in the packet she receives from the Embassy in Bogota?

Also, when my fiance has her interview will it be in Spanish? She's been taking English classes for over a year and a half now, but her english is far from perfect. I had assumed her interview will be in Spanish, but I wanted to confirm this.

Thanks

thay speak spanish and english, you will need to go to servicios www,DAS.GOV.CO migratory. congratulations on your noa-2 approval.

Thanks...I'm at work now and just briefly looked at the page. I do not immediately see where / how to receive the pasado judicial, but I will give this link to my fiancee with instructions that she needs a "pasado judicial" and I'm sure she can figure it out. It appears there are also emails and phone numbers in case she has any issues.

I assume this is something we can go ahead and do right now to be prepared for when her packet arrives?

Thank you!

Hi Ryan, she can download the document here on the website of the POLICIA NACIONAL http://antecedentes.policia.gov.co:7003/WebJudicial/index.xhtml, and the interview is not an obligation to speak English, is an option if she feels Confortable to do so she can do,if not in Spanish is fine also :star:

Best wishes  .
