USCIS is requesting evidence... 1. New intent to marry letters; I sent these signed and dated, but they were the same wording and they are asking for original statements signed and dated from both of us. The original form my fiancee was scaned and email to me and printed off they didnt say anything about that or the other forms that were signed scaned and sent in should I worry about it or just have him do his own orginal statement of intent and them my own statement of intent?

2. Proof that we met in person in the last two years; I sent passport copy, hotel reservation confirmation, credit card statement, bank statement of transactions made there, photo (secondary) ect. I dont have the orginal boarding passes, should I print new copies of all those transactions? oh and the photo dont have the dates.

3. Circumstances of how we met; I sent all that also a letter explaining how we met the first time and information proving that I was there and a signed affidavit for a friend who was there during our meeting.

4. Last personal meeting primary evidence; I sent airline confirmations,I sent in receipts, passport pages, ect what else shoule I send?

Most of what they are asking for I have already sent to them?????? Should I send the same evidence? My bank and credit card statements show my name the dates and locations of where I used them and the flight check in confirmations and passport stamps. what the heck else do they need? Help :help:
