Hi,

I have several questions in regards I-130 form but wanted to give you guys a little info on where I was coming from. I filed the K-1 visa for my fiance last year but was denied for not seeing my fiance in the 2 yr that was requirement. Well have some time we have now decided to file the K3. I'm going to JA in a few wks and would like to put on the forms together so when I come back I can file. I was reading through the I-130 form and now I have a few questions. I would appreciate if anyone can help me out.

1) Do I need to complete two I-130 forms for my spouse and his child? And attach two filing fees? And if so for step A #1 should I check "child" for my step-child?

2) Do I need to complete two add'l G-325A forms from my spouse and his child?

3) In step C #17 do I have to list both of his kids or just the one I am filing for?

4) In step C #21 we never lived together so should I put "N/A or put an explanation?

Thanks in advance

Anna (Chicago) and Javon (Jamaica)

nyseness,

1) Yes. Yes. Yes.

2) Read the I-130 instructions.

3) Look up the word "all" in a dictionary.

4) The question is applicable, give a meaningful answer just as you did in your post.
