Hi everyone again. I just want to know if the NVC will going to send a packet or letter of instructions (including form I-864EZ) after paying the AOS bill? It's been a months since my husband paid the AOS, unluckily no letter yet from them. Or maybe after he pay the other bill which is the IV fee? I really don't have an idea about this, he asked me to read some of this part then we will talk when he got home from work, if he can do something. I read about the AOS processing and the form he need is the I864ez and I also browse the IR site, he need W-2 form? Please help to get this through guys. Thanks in advance :)

wow a month? have you send your AOS package yet?you should be receiving email in few days after the AOS regarding IV bill.

All I know, is that I need you... I need you in my life as much as I need food or water or air to breathe - for the longest time, I've had this thirst deep inside... only to be known and understood and be loved for who I am. I have longed for someone, someone like you - to share my life with... all the ups and downs and everything in between. then out of no where - you walked into my life, quenching my thirst, satisfying my longing. and I know from every thing with in - that you are the one... you're the one I've been waiting for all this time. I want and I need you - more than I can usually find words to say... But today and always - please believe and know that you're the one for me and I'll hold you close and I'll never want to let you go...

NEVER wait for NVC to send you anything. As soon as a bill appears as PAID in the payment portal, you should send the respective package.

And the AOS and IV are two, separate tracks, so not paying the IV bill has NOTHING to do with the AOS track.

I highly sugest looking at my signature, I link to two posts: one with links to guides (which you should read) and another to a FAQ I put together which might help you with some questions you might have.

I strongly agree with this statement. It probably is the best single piece of advice for NVC stage.

I highly recommend reading this guide. I followed the steps exactly, and had no problems whatsoever. Just to emphasize: NEVER wait for NVC to send you anything. If you want a speedy process, you must be proactive.

Good luck with your case! Let us know how it goes!

SAYLIN - your guides are great, thanks.

Just one quick question. Does USCIS or the NVC send anything to the beneficiary by regular post or is this process (packet 3 and packet 4) all done by e-mail?

Thanks.

Nina

That's great. I was nervous that I might miss snail mail from them as I plan to travel a bit this fall.

I am hoping for an NOA2 in October and I am supposed to be in Toronto for part of the month! :)

But e-mail is great cause I can check it from anywhere!

Email is a lot faster to receive too. With snail mail, it can take weeks to get anything from them. That's why email is much preferred!
