Currently I show 2 touches after my NOA2 approval. But on the action it still shows my NOA2 and that date.

Nope, you are done with USCIS for now! You can call the NVC & check on your case though.

On calling the NVC automated voice response number (603) 334-0700 you will....

press 1 for English

press 2 for Spanish

It is true what Devilette says. Once the NOA2 is issued you are done with USCIS. The touches could mean they've moved it from one desk to the other and then to the mail room. Give it a few days then call NVC. Most of the people there are very nice. You will be given a new number and go through another name check or "security check" as they call them. Good luck.

You will get a notice from the NVC when they received your case and when the have forwarded to the consulat in the country of your finace(e).
