Go to the USCIS website and print out the guide for applying for citizenship. You will need that to guide you through the process. The guide lists all the documents you will need. Gather all your documents first then fill out the N-400 forms online. That way you will fill out the latest updated forms then you can print them out directly.

On edit - you can send a copy of your US spouses passport OR you can send a copy of spouse's birth certificate. The guide will give you all the information you need.
