Hello everyone,

I am filing my AOS at the moment and I was wondering what I should documents I should file with my I-864 affidavit. So far I have a letter from my wife's employer stating that she works for her company and how much she makes, I plan on getting her last pay stubs (how many?) and her tax returns for the past 3 years. What else is needed?

Also, does this form have to be notarized?

Thanks in advance,

Peace

The form does not need to be notarized. That is all she needs, letter from employer, a few of her most recent pay stubs (4 to 6 months), and her tax transcripts.

Vanessa&Tony has a great list that shows what evidence is needed for each form. The only thing wrong in that post is that the fee is $1070 now and not $1010 anymore. She cannot edit the post to fix that. Everything else is spot on and very helpful: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/235331-aos-ead-ap-from-k1-the-aussie-way-doc-list-included/
