Are you still able to track the progres of your case on the USCIS website after receiving the NOA2? If not, is there a new site that will offer us updates on our case?

No, you can't...once NVC receives it, the case is assigned a different number and then transferred to the consulate. You can try to call NVC to see if they have received it/mailed it, and they can tell you the case number then. Sometimes it can take a while to get to NVC, the Service Centers normally send out batches every so often and depending on your approval it can seem to take forever!

Best of luck!

No, and no. You have to call or e-mail NVC and give them your NOA1 number. They'll tell you whether they've gotten the case from USCIS and whether they've forwarded to the embassy. If you call, talk to a live operator, as they automatic system doesn't work for K-1s.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
