Dear VJ member,

I received form I-797C Note USCIS acknowledge received I-130 application. I looked on the note and found that first and last name is correct, but missing the middle name. Should I call USCIS for correction?

I received the note on March 27,2012. is it too late to call?

Thanks,

Felimida

I believe this forum is open to help answer question relating to USCIS, NVC.

So new member will know and don't have to post the question again.

Sorry. I was trying to remove my response as i was posting to the wrong question. I am having computer problems.

:bonk:

My NOA1 came the same for the beneficiary. It shows just her first and last name. I believe is not a problem, maybe they can't fit the entire name!

Finally we all three together. We are happy :)

Thank for confiming missing middle name. I think my beneficary name is too long.

It's pretty much the norm for the middle name to be missing. My wife and step-daughter's middle name was missing on their NOA1 as well, it's not a problem. It's normal. Just about nearly every NOA1 has the middle name missing. No issue at all.

Matt
