Call and ask for a tier 2 officer. They will try to persuade you to wait, but maybe the tier 2 iso can help. Mine took 255 days. Good luck

Get your congressman involved. Ask him to do a congressional inquiry now. It is usually a sign your noa2 will take over a year from what I have seen on vj.

Opphs.that a long wait for you.do you think getting an attorney will speed up things or we just speak with the tier two officer hand wait?

I would try a tier2 iso today. If you don't hear anything by the end of today, look for a congressional aide. But the problem with that is you have to make sure they will work for you. The first one I called never got back to me. The second one, it took a week. I found out I was in background checks. Hopefully they will push your case through after speaking with a tier 2 iso. Good luck to you.

Alot of people say their congressman was no help.

I think people need to know it is their JOB to work for us and make us happy as USC.

So do not call or visit them. They do not need to see how upset you are. All they need are the facts. So Go to their website after you figure out who your congressman is for your district in your city.

Download his/her form-Fill it out. The form called RELEASE or CONSENT

Just say....the facts......no emotions

I filed a I-130 for my husband for a CR1 visa on whatever date. It has been 7 months and I have not gotten any updates. This is out of normal processing times

I would appreciate a congressional inquiry on my case.

My case number is CRO2011xxxxxx

Petitioner name is Jay jones or sally smith or whoever it is

Beneficiarys name is jay jones or sally smith or whoever it is

Please contact me with any questions or concerns by email or phone

email is visajourneyrocks@Vj.com or whatever yours is

Telephone is 999-999-9999

Thank you

Jay Jones or Sally Smith or whoever you are

They should Take this letter and run with it

I faxed mine at 630 am and by 930am they called and said they already did the inquiry and they will stay on the case.

You got 2 to choose from

you need to google your address and ask what district are you in

http://www.brooklynpark.org/sitepages/pid940.php

Click on the link of your representative

either Melissa Hortman or Debra Hilstrom

I tried to google their names to find their professional website and I cannot find melissa

Good luck
