You have no timeline filled in and you do not state which consulate you will be going through. Most usually do accept co-sponsors, but some do not or only in certain circumstances.

they rejected our co sponsor from our relative.

Again, you have no timeline so no one knows who "they" are. Most consulates accept co-sponsors, but some do not. Also, the co-sponsor must qualify at 125% of the poverty level for their own household size plus the beneficiary.

what i meant by "they" was the US embassy (consular officer to be specific)

Yes, I understood that. You have no timeline filled out to show where you are in the process or what consulate you went through.

Which consulate? The consulates have different processing procedures. What one consulate asks for, another may not. What forms are needed at one may not be required at another. Some consulates accept co-sponsors, and some do not. Some scrutinize co-sponsors more than others and the CO has the final word on what they will approve or not.

Even at consulates that accept co-sponsors it is possible to deny one. If the petitioner has no income and does not appear to have near future income prospects and their co-sponsor barely makes the 125% level requirement, they might deny thinking the beneficiary will become a public charge.
