I have a Paypal account in which I do business off of - I sell crafty stuff on Etsy and Ravelry. All the funds I get are in USD.

However, I heard since I set the Paypal account up in Canada, I'm not able to add a US bank account to which I can withdraw funds to. Anyone have any experience with this or know a way to get around it?

In the end, I guess I could open a new Paypal account, but it seems like a major PITA with having to use another email address.

You'd be better off to get it from the horse's mouth and contact Paypal directly

I remember having to switch accounts and set up a new one. However it was a bit tricky because you can only have one account per email address. So I had to change the email address of my Canadian account, and then set up a set up a new account.

But if you call them, they will explain it exactly.
