Hello,

Just found out that my wife is pregnant :) she did a home pregnancy test, she also have a medical exam scheduled today with the USCIS Civil Surgeon, is it advisable to get vaccines while you are pregnant, please advise what should i do in this case, thank you all

Does she have proof of prior vaccinatations? if she is in her 20s or under 70s they will only want to see MMR and Tetanus.

Yes, she is in her 20's and thank you for your help :)

What they can do is take blood from her and test for immunity...that is, if vaccinations are NOT safe for pregnant ladies :)
