do I pay for medical in rubles?

My fiancee called and scheduled her medical at IOM. She told me they said that you can pay in dollars, so she will do this. Both the medical fee's and vaccination translation.

Get....and pay for the DS-3025 form. Whatever you do, get that form. Trust us!

Get....and pay for the DS-3025 form. Whatever you do, get that form. Trust us!

Is this DS-3025 the vaccination form she will pay extra for that can/will be translated to English? If so, I will make sure she gets this!

"All documents not written in English or in the official language of the country in which the interview takes place MUST be accompanied by a translation in English. Translations must be certified by a competent translator and notarized. Translations submitted to the NVC will be included in the applicant’s case file."

In a medical clinic and the US embassy web site, prices for medical are in dollars. Does it mean that I can pay in rubles or I have to pay in dollars?

You don't have to pay in dollars, rubles are fine. I payed in rubles last summer.
