Do you fill out all of the paperwork with new married name?

Yes, if thats the name she will be using. Fill out the forms in the name you want on the greencard.. Good Luck :)

How you fill it out will be how the GC arrives, never the less we asked the IO to change the name at our interview without an issue. PS the IO did say they do not like hyphens.
