G-325A messed up!

as i was browsing the web just to check how to fill up the G-325A & checking the copy of my G-325A i found out that i made a mistake on it. there are some boxes that I left blank instead of putting none. I even forgot to write the date & the purpose for it. Will I still have the chance to make my G-325A right or should we submit the corrected G-325A to the USCIS? :help::crying: Anyone who could give info? thanks!

Once The forms are submitted you should not send in a corrected one. If the information you left out is vital they will send you an RFE (Request For Evidence) and then you will supply them with the missing information. There is a chance that you could be O.K but it depends on how vital the information is and can the missing information be found on the I-129 or other sheets that you submitted.

NOA2 8/16/12
NVC received 8/27/12
NVC left 8/29/12
Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012
Married 11/24/2012
AOS application sent 12/19/12

AOS approved 8/24/13

It is really depends on the adjudicator that will review your file. I actually forgot to sign mine, and they never sent me an RFE. But don't send anything at this point, you will have a chance to correct it with RFE, or they will just let it go thru.
