BTW, she can fill out her DS3032, sign, mail it to you, and you MAIL that to NVC. She can also mail that herself, the most important is that NVC receives it! The electronic choice of agent is easier though.

You can email NVC but it has a big chance to be rejected because she has to chose an agent, so untill NVC accepts her choice, your emails won't be of much use. I just wanted to make it clear!!!

Ok but it can be done by email? She would send the form to me signed I understand and than I will email that as a PDF to NVC? Or you think its better if she mails me signed form and I mail it from here to NVC?

Well I really don't know about that way, but she has to email it for sure, no action will be taken in the process till she choses an agent and NVC accepts her choice.

But she could sign and mail it to you, and later you mail it to NVC. Take a look at these topics below, I'm sure you can find out about it or even ask to more experienced people. Good luck!

How did you do it? Did you have your husband signing the form? You have access to his email and you email it from there?

Emailing the PDF will work just fine as long as the body of the email contains the full names and dates of birth for both the petitioner and beneficiary.
