Packet 4 arrived today and it was a single sheet of paper. It is a letter that states the following:

Please see the enclosed information for further instruction about the medical examination required for all intending immigrants. Be sure to read all of the enclosed information and follow the instruction very carefully. When communicating with this office either by telephone or letter, please provide your name and case number exactly as shown in this letter.

There was no enclosed information. Anyone who has gone through Dublin recently let us know if we are missing something or if they gat the same lwtter with no attachments, thanks!!

Hi All,

The embassy is closed tomorrow due to holiday the medical is on Wednesday and we don't know if we'll hear back from the embassy in time. We would really like to know what's in packet 4 so we don't miss something important for the medical. Any info would be greatly appreciated! :help:

The embassy actually (surprisingly) called my fiance this morning to let him know that even though the letter in packet 4 mentions an enclosure about the medical, there isn't one.

The medical information is included in packet 3. It was nice of them to get back to us, but it seems a little counterproductive to mention an important enclosure that doesn't exist. :bonk:

Oh well, just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else runs into this in the future.

That is quite an oversight on their part to do this. It was good that they redeemed themselves by calling but they did cause stress to both of you. Thanks for educating us on this matter.
