Hi Everyone! Im so excited that my hubby is now starting the paperwork for naturalization! Gotta get his 2 photos & wait til next week on a check from his over time then it should all be ready to mail off. Couple of questions! Did anyone put a cover letter on top of all the paperwork like a check list of what all they sent in ? If so, can you give me some ideas of how you addressed the cover letter?

2nd question is this... since we live in Texas I see two different addresses listed to where to send it off to ... So do we address the package to the first address or the 2nd one???

Thanks!!! Tamara & Adam

No need for a cover letter (I did not include one in mine).

If you send with regular US Postal Service, send to first address (that's what I did).

If you send with FedEx or UPS, send to second address.

Oh and another question... since some of the things asked does not apply... like how many children 0 ... fill out their names... how many spouses 1 ...fill out previous spouse info act ect.... do I have to put N/A on every spot like that or just leave those all blank??

I just sent the same N-400 package a few days ago.

I did not include any cover letter. The guide and instructions do not state any such requirement. I put the G-1145 E-Notification form on top and paper clipped the check and 2 photos onto that.

I just left spaces blank which did not apply to me. I thought best to keep things as simple and uncluttered as possible.

I also don't have a middle name and left such spaces blank.

Good luck.
