hello everyone it's been 4 Months since i had my interview i was kept in AP got 221G White slip with additional documents i had to provide it was Joint sponsor tax papers and on 17 January i got an email from Embassy saying my case is returning to NVC with recommended of revocation contact NVC in few days i have made numerous calls to DOS and i have been confirmed my case is indeed returning and i got my senator office involved because we wanted to know the reason of revocation so the senator office were merely able to know that the information they got from me on the interview USCIS Was unaware of that therefore they are returning my case they didn't tell the exact reason i made two calls to embassy and were confirmed it's coming back so 2 days back i emailed the embassy again asking for my original birth certificate and passport including my case status and i also mentioned in the email that my case is returning so today i called in the day time was told they are still working on my case so they can't return it now and as well as said its also returning to NVC and when i reached work just 30 min before i checked my email and i had a reply from Embassy and its really confusing now whether my case is returning or what here is the email below

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have forwarded this case to a Consular officer for review. We’ll contact you in few days to inform about the further process.

I hope this information will be helpful to you.

Hello folks after interview i was put on AP and i had to send the joint sponsor papers. being in AP for 3 Months Embassy emailed me saying that they are returning my case to USCIS with recommended of revocation. i got my senator office involved and sent number of emails to embassy to know the reason we weren't told the exact reason. on March 13 i made an inquiry at US Embassy i was told it will take 2-3 Months before they send it to NVC. on 27 March i emailed Embassy asking them to return my passport and my birth certificate and asking them how long they will take more to send my case back. and in reply they told me they have sent my case to a consular officer for review and will inform me about further process in few days. and now we are confused if they are sending it back or what i need your Advice do you think they are giving me second chance to re-review my case whether to send it back. or give me Approval or they are reviewing it before its sent back..because DOS said its not showing in system they are sending it back now please help and give your suggestions and personal views will be much appreciated Thank you.
