hello friends,

Our form I-130 approved march 7 and my husband receive the hard copy week after until now its almost a month again we still not receiving the visa case number i see others here takes days or a week only. Thank You! I would like also to ask whenever i receive the DS---- is it okay if im the one to just send on NVC instead of sending him back then mail to NVC. again Thank You it helps me alot because all my friends here answer every time i post God bless.

Yes hopefully very soon thank you. How will you know if the NVC receive your case? we never got any just the hard copy of NOA2.

call this number (603) 334-0700 and the operator will ask for ur USCIS case number. give it to them and if they ask you questions like whats the name of the persons on the i130 u got a case number. if not just call back everyday until u get ur case number

Thank you maybe we wait for a bit then thats the time we will call. It takes very long.
