Hi everyone,

On Monday I called DOS and the visa specialist said that P3 hasnt been sent, therefore my case is already at Montreal Embassy.

Today (Wed), March 28, I cal led DOS again and the visa specialist told me that my P3 was sent March 15th.. What?????

Two different answers,I am confused!!

Has anyone experienced that situation? What did you do? I feel like sending off my P3.

Thanks,

Cam & Ellie

Get them to confirm that they have the correct case number and name. The same thing happened with me when I called about Packet 4. One operator said that they received packet 3 and that the instructions for 3 and 4 were going out in the mail. The other operator had said that they received nothing so I had to call back again. I explained to the 3rd operator what had happened, she confirmed my name, my fiancees and our case number.

Its funny because they ask for my name, DOB etc.. It sounds to me that the info matches.. I guess i will stick with your suggestion and call back again this afternoon.

Thanks for now.

Glad u figured it out finally! They can be a pain sometimes and I think the operators really hate their job and just say random things sometimes.
