DS-230 Sign In Advance

Does anyone know if I can have my parents sign the DS-230 form and send me all the docs needed so when the NVC sends it to me as the agent I will have a signed DS-230 already and just mail it myself to save time. We dont want to waste time having to mail it to the Philippines then have them mail it to the US. Should we add anything to the below list?

DS 230 COVER SHEET

- DS 230 FORM

- BIRTH CERTIFICATE (parents)

- MARRIAGE CERTIFICTE (parents)

- PASSPORT COPIES (parents)

- NBI (parents)

- 2X2 PHOTOS (parents) How many photos

- BIRTH CERTIFICATE (Me)

- MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE ( Me)

- PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP (Me)

- SHOULD I ADD PICS/LETTERS/NOTICES

That will be fine....u can do in advance but dont write date on DS-230....just tell ur parents to sign it.....coz when u will be sending these docs at nvc at that time u can mention date..

No need to add letters or pics....just provide them what they need...dont give unnecessary docs that would result in a mess....

Go to DOS website and check all docs required for Immigrant visa processing..
