My experience is that I haven't heard anything since FEB 2011. I've opened up a service ticket and they said the following:

On 09/19/2011 you, or the designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. Some of the key information given to us at that time was the following:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) acknowledges the fact that your case is still pending processing and is currently beyond our normal processing times as reported on the website. Unfortunately, there are no Visas available for your relative's preference category at this time. Our office processes these cases as our resources and priorities allow. We monitor visa availability to ensure no undue delay occurs.

FEB FILER HERE I FILED FEB 8 AND RECEIVED MY noa1 ON FEB 10. I havent heard anything yet and from the looks of it its the normal process all we can do now is wait. :unsure:
