Hello.

I am just starting to prepare our I-751 for August submission. Early but better, right?

I entered as K1 with my son on my previous marriage, he is CF2.

We have the same expiration date for the GC.

Do I only send 1 I-751 and only pay $505 + $85 biometrics for CF1 + $85 biometrics for CF2 ? Or do we need to pay additional $505?

Please clarify and confirm. Thank you very much!

Yes correct. You are the one who is going to do ROC not your son.

You have to complete Part 5 on I-751 Form for your son.

You have to pay = $505 (I-751) +$85 (Bio)

Your son has to pay = $85 (Only Bio)

TOTAL $675 ( You can just write one check).

FYI, your Bio Dates are going to be same so you guys will go together.
