You can call the service number 1-800-375-5283 and ask to talk a higher representative. You can also contact your congressperson in your area to find out what is going on. Your signature states they mailed you a further interview notice, then you should expect another Stokes interview anytime. You need to make sure you have more persuasive evidences to prove an on-going co-mingling relationship, it is clearly they don't trust your marriage. Good luck.

don't you think if they wanted another interview we'd have been called by now. 5 months is a long time to go by without any kind of activity expecially if there is some sort of disbeleif!

They mail you by the end of January, it is about 2 months by now. Another interview is based on how backed up your local immigration center is, it is the order they book your interview.

I don't have a number for you to call, but I can let you know that our interview was 11/3 and we are waiting as well and the IO made it sound as if it were approved, she explained 10 yr green card and also advised how to apply for citizenship and still think they intend to, but just praying and working on patience. We did receive an I130 approval afterwards just praying for i485 approval now, I will let you know if we get any news. Sorry I don't have more info for you but it helped me to know there was someone else out there waiting too so I thought I would drop you a note letting you know you aren't alone.

07/18/2011 Concurrent I130/I485/I765

09/05/2011 EAD approved

11/03/2011 AOS Interview

12/28/2011 I130 Approved
