Some few months ago we were about to apply but sadly couldnt.Now weve sorted our selves out and would be sending our stuff by mail tommorrow.

what i want to know is

apart from call records,passport stamps and pictures,is there anything else we should add to the packet,cos thats all we have for now

we hardly snail mail

we do however have a ton of skype and yahoo records.i guess thats about it

we are trying to apply for a K1 visa

any information would be gladly appreciated!!

You need letters of intent from both of you with original signatures, g325 from both of you, just send about 4 pictures of the 2 of you, and call records (about one per month), passport photos from each of you

08/01/12-Married08/17/12-Applied for Social Security Card09/23/12-Husband received his Social Security card!09/27/12-Filed AOS09/28/12-AOS package received10/01/12-Text message from USCIS10/03/12-Check cashed10/09/12-NOA1 for I485,I765,I131 AND Biometrics Appointment Letter10/24/12-Biometrics Appointment12/11/12-EAD and AP Approved-75 days12/14/12-EAD/AP Card Production ordered12/21/12-EAD/AP Card came in the mail06/22/13-Green Card Approved06/27/13-Greed Card Production Ordered06/29/13-Green Card came in the mail<p>

04/09/15-Mailed ROC

04/10/2015-Package received

04/14/2015-Check cashed

06/02/2015-Called Service Center (still no NOA1) Service request found out wrong address on paperwork! :(

06/03/2015-Called to get address updated Ar11 online add change didnt work-got infopass for June 10th

06/10/2015-Went to info pass appt. Hubby got a 1yr. Extension stamp in his passport and biometrics done

08/12/2015-ROC Approved. Got letter in the mail.

08/29/2015-received new card in the mail.

Apart from the required list of forms etc in the guides, if you are talking about evidence, you could also add copies of boarding passes for whoever travelled so you could be together, copies of receipts or atm receipts at that location.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Whatapps chat, skype chats, yahoo messenger chats. I had my mom my brother and step dad write notarized letters stating that they know anout the two of us I rather have too much evidence then too little. I also keot western union receipts wire transfers where we sent money back and forth to each other also his family get notarized letters from 3 of his family members
