Alright ... this form is the most complicated one of the bunch for me. I am currently working part time at two different jobs. My hours vary weekly for my second job. There's no way I can for sure determine my current annual income. Should I simply put in an estimate?

Yes, estimate your income. Be aware that they will look closely at your most recent paystubs, so an estimate based on those would probably be a very good idea, even if you think you'll earn more later in the year. As long as your income is above the required amount for your household size, you shouldn't have anything to worry about...

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.

Hey! We're pretty much done with everything except for Forms I-864 and I-864A, and we're waiting for relatives to send their Affidavits by mail so that alone could take over a week to get here. So far it looks like we'll be sending everything second week of April. *fingers crossed* It's good news that you'll be ready by the end of this month. :) I bet you're excited to be done with all these forms. I sure can't wait! lol

Definitely! So I guess we will both be April filers then. I'm looking forward to finally reap the rewards of all this time spent on the paperwork. Keep me posted! We still have to get our passport-style photos done (I'm going to get mine done tomorrow-I have to keep reminding my husband)

Other than that, I just need to get his last paystub...I figured I might as well just send the most recent one to them because it has his year to date pay on it. Hopefully we won't have any RFEs....

I'll definitely keep you posted, be sure to do the same :) Hopefully by Summer time you and my wife will both be Green Card holders ... How awesome will that feel? Getting passport-photos is pretty quick and easy. Just make sure you have the right amount of copies for each Form and don't forget to write the required information on the back of each one.

I hope you won't get any REFs either but you seem pretty organized and cautious so I think you'll be fine. Be sure you ask any last questions before the 30th :P

I have another question ... Since I am combining my mom's income with mine (she is completing Form I-864A) do I need to show proof that we live at the same address or must she be the one to show proof that I live with her?
