for the K-1 Visa Fee for GUZ, do my fiance pay ahead of interview at China Citic Bank branch or pay at the consulate?

Hey, sounds like things are progressing well with you. I believe that the fee has to be paid ahead of time at the CITIC bank. Here is the VJ GUZ link, with the info.

BTW, we are still waiting for the NOA2 from CSC... hopefully it will be forthcoming before the 1st of April....or a service request or congressional request will be placed..... It will all work out!

Good luck, and please report back your good news!!!

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

i think it's progressing well for me.

Called NVC on the 21st to see where my case was, and was told by an operator that my case is being send to GUZ on the 21st, called again yesterday to make sure, was told again case was sent on the 21st.

so hopefully GUZ will receive the case and log it in their system soon. Once it's logged into their system, i will have my fiance send out the packet 3 stuff to GUZ before we receive packet 3 from them.

so this is why i'm preparing everything, just went through all packet 3 material with my fiance over the internet.

hopefully, it's all smooth sailing from here.

Good luck to you too.

pay at CITIC prior to interview day.

Bring Payment Receipt to Interview Day.

Good Luck !
