Your police clearance will be needed at the embassy where your interview will be taking place which will take like 5-9 months or so from when your I-129F is sent in. You are going to get a police certificate from every country you have lived in for 6 months and above. Although i have read that some police certificate in some countries last for a year but many countries' police certificate last only 3 months and after that it expires and you will have to get a new one. You will have to be worried about this as soon as your petition is approved at the USCIS stage to avoid doing another one when it get to your interview at the embassy which is still a long way to go. Good luck
