Hi everyone,

I am new here but have read some topics on VJ over the past days and I hope you have some advice for me concerning my (hopefully) small problem as well:

My USC husband sent the I-130 package for the CR1 visa at the beginning of last month. Yesterday I noticed that I have made a mistake filling out the G-325a. Instead of accounting for the last 5 years of my employment history, I only named my current employer of 1,5 years and nothing else (no "none" or "unemployed" for the years before that). When filling out the form I was pretty sure that the jobs I had before didn't count since I was still a student and the timeframes varied from 2 weeks to 6 months. Now I know better.

What can I do now? Do I wait for a RFE? Do I send a corrected G-325a?

Thanks a lot for any suggestions.

I know this is old but I saw it on your profile since we have the same priority date. I don't think you should send a corrected one. I guess they'll probablys end you an RFE and that's that. I highly doubt they would reject the petition.
