do i still need to bring cemar during the interview , even if its not on the checklist?

Go by the checklist from the embassy, if the CENOMAR is not part of the required documents you don't need it. After all you ARE already married, so a CENOMAR is not possible.

Yup u have to bring, Good Luck

~ notice they are not doing a K-1. Hard to get a CENOMAR when someone is married.

OP asked if they should bring the Certificate of Marriage - CEMAR which is for married people not CENOMAR.

OP I have heard of other IR/CR beneficiaries needing it for their interviews in Manila. It's not difficult to get so I would bring it just to be safe. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

Good luck!

Yes, you need to bring along a CENOMAR,

I was also hesitant to get one because I have already

submitted NVC an NSO marriage certificate, (CEMAR)

which they accepted, and the CENOMAR is not listed as a requirement

for an F2A case like mine, but I decided to take the safe route

and get one just to be safe, upon interview, I was so HAPPY I brought one along,

because the Filipina screener asked me a copy of a CENOMAR, eventhough

my marriage is only to my wife who is the petitioner,

I also learned that some applicants who fail to produce a CENOMAR

during the interview would be delayed by almost 2 weeks to a month,

so why fuzz over it, just bring a copy to be prepared just in case...

Good luck,..
