Event Description
Review Date : March 21, 2012
Embassy Review : March 21, 2012, 6:30am- appointment time. K1 and k2 visa.

I woke up at 2 am, prepared things, cooked. at 4am we arrived in the US Embassy Manila and got in line right away. 2 hours of standing, at 6am we went inside of the premises and the lady staff collected our DS forms. went to ticket booth after and they gave my MAGIC NUMBER 6024. the lady told me be attentive in queuing board. at window 39 I submitted the NBI,CENMAR, Affidavit of Support, 1040, BIRTH CERTIFICATE ( mine and daughter) baptismal of my daughter. then the questions starts : who is your petitioner?, what is your name?, how and when did you met him?, then he asked for the photos of us together. she asked my daughter too: when is the birthday of your mom? my daughter answered it only date not the year, that's fine. the filipino Interviewer asked for the receipts of remittances in the end. he told me to seat and wait for your number again. after 15 mins my number appeared and I went to window 41 for a fingerprint scanning. went to seat again and waited for an hour for the final Interviewer which is the consul. after an hour of waiting I assigned to go to window 62, raised our right hands for an oath. he was nice, and seemed like he was in a hurry, I was glad though lol. then the questions was who is your petitioner?, how and when did you met him? how many times did he visit you? why he visited you only once? I answered my fiance is very busy in his works, which is very true., does he have a child? how many? what is his/her name of the child? the consul asked my daughter too, of her complete name, my name, and she instructed my daughter to look around, but Quisha walk around instead lol, then the american laughed at her and said hey just look around ( I guess my daughter was nervous too lol) and the consul ok stop and asked where is your mom? Quisha Pointed me. and the consul paused for a few seconds and said " ok looks everything is fine, you can seat and wait for your number and someone will instruct you and Have a great day! " I was so relieved that time and happy at the same time! my daughter and I was smiling after that lol. after 5 mins I went to window 72 for the releasing of my appointment letter with a stamp of " BIO F/S DONE MARCH 21, 2012, IMMIGRANT VISA UNIT" and then the lady told me to wait for the delivery of my visa. .

I hope this help! Goodluck everyone! don't lose hope, have faith to Almighty GOD. HE IS ABLE!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
