My agent is my husband(petitioner),my querry is, is it ok, if i will send all my documents together with the ds-230 form, directly to the nvc? anyways, all that they needed is all my documents.pls, i need your point of view in regard with this.thanks in advance.

Yes, you can still send the documents to NVC yourself. Just because you appointed your husband as agent does NOT mean he is the only one allowed to send documents.

In my case, I appointed my husband as agent, but I was the one that sent BOTH packages to NVC. There were zero problems.

As long as NVC receives the packages, they don't care from where they were sent or whom.
