Hi All , ı just register , I am so confused and I have some questions .Can you help me ?

1- My fiancee got 2009-2010 taxscripts , but she was not working ,she sent our K-1 visa papers and she came Turkey ,and she could not get 2011 taxscript and 2009-2010 taxscripts with her ex husband together, 2009-61.000$ ,2010-62.000$

2-She have money in bank 8.000 $ and she will get a letter from bank in 1 week.

3-She will find a job , she can find in 2-3 weeks, and her income around 19.000 - 20.000 $ .

and ı will send our papers soon for interwiev date , Can I get visa ?

Based on your fiancée's current financial situation, she doesn't have enough savings in the bank and no job. She would need to have the job at or above the poverty guideline with the supporting information (pay stub, letter from employer stating her salary/wage). If it's just for the two of you, that's $18,912, but if she has children, that amount goes up. 2012 Poverty Guidelines

Does she have a co-sponsor? If not, she should secure one because what if it takes her longer than 2-3 weeks to find a job?

AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013

Yes it is just for us , no children , yes she will get a letter from employer .And we dont have any sponsor ...And I will wait until she get a job.She can find and now she is looking for a job ....İf we can complete all this papers , will be enough ? İf income $19.000 will be enough ? Because ı wrote last year she did not work and she was here last 4 months , and she dont have any tax return last year...

If the income is $19K, that would be above the 2012 poverty guideline for two people.
