hi everyone. i filed my AOS november 2011 with my EAD... i did not file for AP which was such a big mistake on my part. now i need to file AP since i have to pick up my kid back home on june this year and i don't know when i'll be getting my GC. and i'll be purchasing tickets this week, so just to be on the safe side, i am applying for AP and have it expedited is i need to. i read the instructions and i understand that if filing for AP based on a pending AOS, i need to submit a copy of the I-797c NOA of my AOS application and a photo id (i will submit my passport and US driver's license as well...) now my question is, do i need to submit photographs or not anymore??? i can't find information about this on the instructions sheet for the I-131... thanks everyone. :help:
