Hello everyone!! I have a question as I am filling out AOS forms. Do I use the name I petitioned under for my fiance, or do I use my married name to him now? Thanks :)

You use the name you want to appear on your green card.

I believe the female is the USC/petitioner and will not be getting a green card, her husband will.

OP> Use the name you legally go by now. If you took your husband's name, then use it on all the forms from now on. You will be sending a copy of your certified marriage certificate. They know people change their names when they marry. It is just important to use the name you legally go by now.
