Hello Again Everyone ! I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction to a list of All requirements for doing the K-1 Fianc`e Visa . My fiance is from the Philippines and we met in July 2010 and I did go to visit her for 34 days and returned to the United States on November 30, 2010 And I Am Running Out Of TIme ! I was Not employed when We met in person and I FINALLY landed a job on February 02, 2012 !!!! Thanks !! Now I am hoping to find a list of Needs of Everything we will need to get her here so we can marry within the 90 day time period that it calls for so I will have Everything from her in One Mailing . She has never been out of the Philippines so that helps as far as Police Certifications . Thanks ... I plan to get this going really soon . The part of Virginia that I live is a very economically depressed area and job are far and few in between but Now I Can File . I wish everyone a speedy experience .....Terry

AOS Package (I-485/I-765/I-131) NOA1: February 19, 2013 | Biometrics Appt.: March 18, 2013
AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013

In addition read and re-read every form multiple times so that nothing in overlooked or you will get an RFE. Haste makes for waste :star:
