Hi, this is my first post here and not sure if I am in the right Forum :P

I am wondering if anyone is applying thro the adjustment of status pilot program like I am? I entered USA on a visa waiver with the intention of holidaying and to visit my now husband(b/f back then) and other friends in the US in the process. Fate would have it, my now hubby propose to me while I was here and asked me to stay.

My husband quickly consulted a lawyer and we got married before my 3 months visa expired and is now processing our I-130 and I-485 together in person during our interview next week. According to our lawyer GC should then arrive within 3 months after that. Wondering if anyone has applied thro' this pilot program and has indeed gotten their GC within 3 months????

Since my initial intention was to come here for 3 months, and none of my family and friends back home has seen me since our surprise engagment. AND our family and friends have demanded a proper wedding from us, we have decided to have it in Taiwan and during Chinese new years (only time of the year all my hubby's and mine family and friends go back to Taiwan as everyone lives all around the globe) so we have gone ahead and scheduled the banquet Feb 07.

As time is really tight and it is stressful trying to organise a wedding banquet remotely, I want to go back home asap to organise my wedding and eager to see my family now that I am engaged! I am now very nervous what if I do not get my GC within 3 months after my interview?

Anyone applied their GC thro' this pilot program can share their experience???

Thank you!!!
