My fiancee is supposed to pick up her passports tomorrow in Davao, 6 Mar 12 between 1-5pm according to the receipts. However, she is supposed to work then and may not be able to go pick them up without repercussions.

If she doesn't pick them up as scheduled tomorrow, what does the DFA do then?

Is the time on her receipt an actual appointment, or does it mean that the passports can be picked up anytime after that date and time? Can she just show up, or does she have to set another appointment?

Thanks!

May your visa journey be smooth and speedy.
