Hey ya'll! We're getting ready to send off the paperwork and I'm finishing up the I-864. On Part 4C where you list your most recent income, below it says: Income of other qualifying persons. My dad is co-sponsoring Keith , so would I then list him there? And conversely; if I have to list him, wouldn't he have to list me? :wacko: please help!

I would think so, and his dad has to also fill out an affidavit too. Good luck with this process! :)

You need to read the directions, or read them again more carefully. And make sure that you're using the current version of I-864.

One would list a Household Member's income in Part 6, Q24b. A Joint Sponsor would fill out their own I-864. Which do you mean when you write "co-sponsoring"? The I-864 does not use any such term.
