hello pls i need help ,i filled in for i130,1485 and employment applications on jan 5

2 weeks after i recive biometric which i have done

2 weeks after i got request for evidence for sponsor which i submitted for joint sponsor

yesterday i got email they have mail me another request for initial evidence

i am wondering what could that be or do they request for evidence one after the other

pls anyone can help me on this i will be grateful thanks

It will be better if you wait for the 2nd RFE before you respond. It may be the same request or something different... Good luck

Are you sure it says request for initial evidence, or did it go back to initial review?

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days
