Got delayed by 19 days but who cares!!! I got an RFE on Feb 10 2012 cuz my divorce decree was jacked. I had to go back to court to get it modified and to wait till the 27 th to get an emergency hearing. Got it done and waited another day to get a certifief order of the modification. I sent it out express mail yesterday then I got a text this morning that CSC received my RFE Response. All afternoon I wad thinking man another week or two or three! Instead, I got a text 30 mins ago that there has been an update on the case. So i tried to logon to the site... Shaking as I typed the receipt number and there it was... Our approval!!!!

What's next? How do I get our MNL# from NVC???

Today is definitely a GREAT day! I got my NOA2 today as well...also my late mother's birthday...WOW! I know she had a hand in this!

You will need to call NVC in about 5 Business days to see if they have received the package from USCIS and assign a MNL case number. Sometimes it can take 14 days and up for NVC to receive your package or assign a case. Average is between 5 - 14 business days.
