i 130 question

we got married and now sending the i 130 with the bioggrafigs out . since i came in over visa waiver i dont have a i 94 nr instaed of that i copyed my esta papers and put it in there. all we can send out is the i 130 cause thats all we can fill out without leaving blanks is that gonna be a problem

Of course, it will be a problem. Study the instructions for the I-130 carefully and then follow them exactly. A partial package will just get rejected and waste time.

Are you intending to go back to your country and obtain a spouse visa, or are you trying to adjust status from within the USA?
