aloha,

im a bit confused.....yet again.

we have received packet 3. we have done the medicle and gotten together all the required doc's. we have sent back to bangkok what they have asked for, now then.....

do we just wait for a packet 4 and an interview date? or do we make our interview date ourselves by way of the bangkok consular web service or phone service? i am a bit confused at this because when looking at the bangkok embassy website, it seems as the our only choice is either to make the interview is by way of the web service or the phone service (both at a cost)

am i missing something here? what is your experience?

mahalo.

SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION - after my wife made it to the USA, family emergency neccesatated her immediate return to her home in cambodia. unfortunately before she was able to adjust her status, thus the case was abandanded. we now are filing both k-3 (married in usa) and have petioned both i-129f and 1-130 .....so, our "journey" has once again began. thank you for all your help and understanding - appleegg and sreyon.

appleegg,

The web and phone services apply to visas processed by the Non-Immigrant Visa Unit. Although the K visas are non-immigrant visas, they are processed by Immigrant Visa Unit.

Wait for the interview notice and information to be sent to your fiancee. But make an inquiry if a few weeks have passed and nothing has been heard.
