my wife just applied for her green card (AOJ)today. She wants to leave the states asap. If she applies for I-131 today, how long will it take for get an approval for reentry permit? I'm guessing she would have to apply for early parole.

She cant use a re-entry permit she needs advanced parole to be able to leave the USA without a green card.

To apply for AP without paying a fee you need to include the NOA1 from the AOS application - which you don't have yet because you just filed today.

AP can take anywhere from 2 - 4 months to be approved.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

And make sure she had been maintaining her status well before (not out of status more than 6 mos.)
