I opened my inbox to discover 5 e-mails from USCIS...I sat there and stared for a long moment, took a deep breath and clicked....On Oct 03 we mailed a blah blah blah Request For Evidence blah blah blah....

I cant imagine what they want, I sent everything including the kitchen sink.

Oh well, I guess it could be looked at as progress, Im hopeful for an approval if I can make a quick turnaround.

Going to see my sweetie in 3 weeks, that would be awesome news to take with me...

Action is action, Good luck everyone.

You've only waited 2 months so don't worry to much. They'll probably process it quickly once you send it.

I'm curious what they might need also since I'm worried I might get another one.

They've had my IMBRA RFE longer than 2 months and I'm almost to 7 months if it makes you feel any better!

Hope you hear something before or while you are visiting. I just got back yesterday from Philippines but couldn't give my fiance any good news while there. It was so hard leaving!! with no approval still!

Gonna try again.

Based on your filing date I would guess the standard IMBRA RFE but let us know when you get it.

YMMV

Yes could be anything, but I did use the new form. actually I hope its that simple, the IMBRA RFE would be best case scenario for me.

Hornet...Wow! My heart and prayers are with you.
