I petition for my parents almost 7 months ago.my pd is july 26 2011.at California sevice center they updated the procesing times to Aug2 2011.has anyone with the same pd got NOA2 YET....?I Wish good luck to everyone in this jouney

You can definitely call and ask for a service request to be put in since you are beyond the processing date. Many have found that it helpful to contact their congressmans and have them reach out to USCIS on thier behalf. Good luck and I hope you hear good news soon!

Keep the faith that good news are coming on your way...and you really should get in touch with your Congressman and ask for help..things are really getting out of proportion at CSC! :crying:

i just call CSC and she put in a service request on my case. it takes up up to 2 weeks to get a responde from them.Im waiting till march 9 than im going to call our congressman.
