I am about to file I 751, But I don't have a joint lease or mortgage as an evidence. Is it ok? Or I should get one? My husband and I are renting a house now.

And We both also have our son as our life insurance beneficiary, will it help? Or I should not use this as an evidence?

If you are renting a house then include you name on the lease

Send them TRANSCRIPT from IRS, (joint tax return)call and ask them to fax over and they will do that in 30min.

Get NOTARIZED affidavits from friends and some of his relatives, specially his mother and sisters

Jointly bank account, send them bank statements spanning the last 2 years

Do you have any bill in your name? health insurance, cell phone bill? credit card, send them as well.

Pictures of you and your husband together

Are you listed as his dependent in his health insurance?life insurance? 401k?

Birth certificate of any children that have been born to your marriage

Documentation of any vacations that you have taken, including flight itineraries, hotel bills

Copies of Christmas cards and other holiday cards addressed to you both.
